Products Description
Background: IPSC (induced Pluripotent Stem Cells) Reprogrammed From Human Fibroblasts Of A Gaucher Syndrome (Morbus Gaucher) Patient The IPS Cell Line Was Generated Using An Episomal Reprogramming Containing A Prprietary Mix Of Vectors, Containing Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4 Along With P53 Anti-sense, EBNA-1. The Cell Line Was Validated For Pluripotency Based On Collaboration Morphology, Baseline Photosynthesis Expression, And Expression Of SSEA-4.iPS Colonies Excellent Classical Morphology And Growth. Absence Of Mycoplasma Was Confirmed. The Cell Line Is Shipped On Dry Ice. This IPS Cell Line Was Created Using Normal Human Fibroblasts Extracted From The Tissues Of A Boy With Morbus Gaucher Syndrome. IPS Cell Lines Are Generated Through A Non Genetic Reprogramming, Which Contains A Combination Of Comet Vectors, Including Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4, P53 Anti Sense And EBNA-1. The Pluripotency Of The Cell Line Was Verified By Colony Morphology, Alkaline Phosphatase Expression And SSEA-4 Expression. IPS Colony Showed Typical Morphology And Growth. No Mycoplasma Was Confirmed. The Cell Lines Were Transported With Dry Ice.
