Background: HRMVPCs Are Initiated By Education From Socialized Normal Human Retained Issue Puromycin Resistant RFP-hTert-HRMVPCs Are Selected From HRMVPCs After Infected With Lentiviruses Expressing RFP And HTert.  The Cells Are Shipped In Frozen Vials (the Cells Are Provided @ Passage 4).  Pericyte Growth Medium Is Recommended For Cell Culture And These Cells Have A Minimum Of Population Doubling Capacity >  30 (tested So Far) When Cultivated Following The Detailed Protocol Described Below. Select RFP-hTert Puromycin Resistant RFP-hTert HRMVPCs After Lentivirus Infection Expressing RFP And HTert From HRMVPCs. Cells Were Transported In Frozen Vials (see Chapter 4 For Cells). Pericyte Growth Medium Is Recommended For Cell Culture, And These Cells At Least Have The Ability To Multiply Their Proliferation. 30 Cases Were Cultured According To The Following Detailed Culture Scheme (currently Tested).
