Background: The Immortalized Human Neural Stem Cells – L-myc (LM-NSC008) Were Observed From Federal Brain Tissue After Stem Cell Isolation And Propagation, The Primary Cells Were Immortalised By Transduction With Retrovirus Carrying The L-myc Gene.  The Immortalised Human Neural Stem Cells – L-myc (LM-NSC008) Retain The Important Phenotype Of The Parental Neural Stem Cells After Differentiation Such As The Expression Of Neuronal Class III B-TUBULIN, Astroglial Markers SOX9 And GFAP, And Oligodendrocyte Marker O4, Which Coincided With Neuronal, Astrocytic, And Oligodendroglial Morphologies.  The Cells Show Normal Karyotype In Vitro And Did Not Show Abnormal Growth Or Tumorigenicity In Vitro.  The Immortalized Human Neural Stem Cells – L-myc (LM-NSC008) Is A Valuable Tool For Research Focusing On CNS Diseases. After The Primary Cells Were Isolated And Propagated, They Were Immortalized By Retrovirus Carrying L-myc Gene. The Expression Of Neurons After Differentiation Of Neural Stem Cells Of Parents With Important Phenotypes Retained By Human Neural Stem Cells L-myc (LM-NSC008) B-TUBULIN And Other Astroglial Markers SOX9, GFAP And Oligodendrocyte Markers O4 Coincided With The Morphology Of Neurons, Stars And Oligodendrocytes.
