This Is An Auto Immortalized Prostate Cancer Cell Line Established Through Rectal Puncture Biopsy (TRBP), Which Is Used To Biopsy Prostate Cancer (CRPC) Patients. Bob Is A New Preclinical Model For The Functional Research Of CRPC, Especially For The "basic" Phenotype Research Of CRPC. It Is Known That The Y Chromosome May Be Rearranged Or Lost Due To The Increased Genetic Instability Of Cancer Cell Lines, Resulting In A Lack Of Detection. According To STR-PCR Analysis, This Cell Line Is From The Same Source As That Provided By The Depositor. Growth Characteristics: Cobblestone Like, Adherent Growth Medium: Keratinocyte SFM Supplied With Qualified Human Epithelial Growth Factor 1-53 (EGF 1-53), Bovine Epithelial Extract (BPE) And Glutamine)+2ng/ml Leukemia Invasive Factor, 2ng/ml Stem Cell Factor+100ng/ml Cholera Toxin+1ng/ml Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor. Culture And Freezing Mode: Split Sub Fluent Cultures (70-80%) 1:5 To 1:20 I.e. Seeding At 2-4 X 104 Cells/cm2 Using 0.25% Trypsin Or Trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2;  37°C.  Cells Must Be Centrifuged At 400 X G For 5 Minutes To Remove The Trypsin At Each Subculture.  Cells Are Cryopreserved In 45% Conditioned Media: 45% Fresh Media: 10% DMSO.  At Influence 5-7 X 104 Cells/cm2 Can Be Expected
