Amnii™Amniotic fluid culture medium

Amniotic fluid medium is a ready-to-use complete medium used for primary culture of human amniotic fluid cells (AFC), chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and pregnancy products (POC). It can cultivate fibroblast-like cells (F), epithelial-like cells (E), and amniotic fluid-specific cells (AF). Fibroblast-like cells grow slowly but have strong proliferative ability, epithelial-like cells have a short lifespan and slow division, while amniotic fluid-specific cells are mainly used for chromosome karyotype detection. The medium is an unfrozen ready-to-use series, with inactivated serum and growth factors added. It can be used after thawing at 4°C, and can be stored at 4°C for 7-15 days after thawing. This product contains streptomycin sulfate (50 μg/mL) as an antibiotic.
