N2 Supplement

The N2 supplement (N-2 Additive) is a chemical component-defined, serum-free 100× concentrated cell culture additive. It was originally designed for mouse neuroblastoma cell lines and is now widely used for the in vitro culture and expansion of neural stem cells, primary neurons, and various cells of the central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS). This product is a concentrated form, filtered through sterile and free of endotoxins. The usage ratio is 100:1.
