OrgCult™—Ovarian Medium

OrgCult™—Ovarian Cancer Organoid Medium is a serum-free culture medium specifically designed for the isolation and growth of ovarian and ovarian cancer organoids. This medium mimics the hormonal and protein requirements for ovarian organoid growth, along with tissue-growth-like components comprising small and large molecular compounds. With clearly defined serum-free components, it minimizes interference from unknown substances, facilitates easier cultivation, reduces animal sacrifice in experiments, enhances experimental clarity, and delivers more precise data!

Primary ovaries or ovarian carcinomas, as well as previously cryopreserved ovarian organoids, can be maintained in long-term culture. Organoids become observable after 7–10 days of culture. Passage should be performed approximately every 10 days to sustain the culture and facilitate expansion.

Note:The QD2700-G and 100ml kit does not contain matrix gel. 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
