NO-Serum™1640 serum reducing medium

The NO-Serum™ series of media adds insulin, transferrin and other cell growth additives to classic 1640 to reduce the percentage of cells that grow fastest against serum, and is suitable for any 1640 base culture cell line.

The NO-Serum™1640 base contains L-glutamine, sodium pyruvate, transferrin, insulin, and appropriate antibiotics, and is ready for use when opened.

Please note: Please do not arbitrarily increase the percentage of antibiotics used to avoid poisoning due to cellular antibiotic disorder or affecting transfection efficiency

Medium Formula:

Base medium: 500ml (TM0020), cell growth factor :25ml (TM0002), G/A: 2.5ml(SD0038)

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
