NO-Serum™DMEM medium

The NO-Serum™ series of culture-medium adds insulin, transferrin and other cell growth additives to classic DMEM to reduce the fastest percentage of cell growth to serum, and is suitable for any cell line in DMEM base culture.

The NO-Serum™DMEM base contains L-glutamine, sodium pyruvate, transferrin, insulin, and appropriate antibiotics, and is ready for use when opened.

Please Note: Please do not arbitrarily increase the percentage of antibiotics used to avoid poisoning due to cellular antibiotic disorder or affecting transfection efficiency

Medium Formula:

Base medium: 500ml (TM0010), cell growth factor :25ml (TM0002), G/A: 2.5ml(SD0038)

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
