OrgCult™-Trophoblast Medium

Trophoblast organoids are generally used to study the interaction between mother and fetus, helping researchers to study the development, function and pathological performance of trophoblast cells during human pregnancy to reveal the molecular mechanisms of complications during female pregnancy. OrgCult™ -Trophoblast trophoblast organoid culture medium adopts a serum-free and animal-derived component formula, which can conveniently and flexibly construct the trophoblast organoids required for experiments, improve the stability of experiments, and reduce the use of experimental animals.Primary trophoblast cells can be cultured for a long time. Organoids can be observed after 7-10 days of culture. They are passaged every 10 days or so for maintenance culture and expansion.
