MSCM mesenchymal stem cell medium

Main components:

 The addition of insulin, transferrin, ethanolamine, sodium selenite, growth factors, humutine, inorganic salts, vitamins, albumin and antioxidants in the basic medium can enable mesenchymal stem cells to adhere to the culture medium, achieve in vitro culture and expansion, and maintain the potential of multi-differentiation. Suitable for fat, bone marrow umbilical cord, bone marrow stroma and other kinds of mesenchymal stem cell culture, after sterility, no mycoplasma, endotoxin test. 

Medium formula: Basic medium: 500ml (P2000);Cell Growth Factors (MSGCS) 5ml(P2002); Fetal bovine Serum: 25ml(SD0200); G/A: 5ml(SD0038)
