Rat primary cardiac endothelial cells (RPCAECs) are isolated from heart tissue of 1-day-old neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats. RPCAECs are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium.
