Human intestinal epithelial cells-

Human Intestinal Epithelial Cells were initiated by elutriation of dispase dissociated normal human small intestine tissue. These cells were originated using Complete Serum-Free Medium Kit With AcceSup, are available at<12 Cumulative Population Doublings (CPD) in vitro [Passage 3] and were cryopreserved in aliquots of ~1.510^6 cells. This vial will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75cm2 flask.

Medium Formulation:

Formula of human small intestinal epithelial cells FHs 74 Int culture medium (100 ml):

Hybri-Care Medium (ATCC, 46-X) 89 ml

FBS (Gibco) 10 ml

rhEGF（Sigma, SRP 3027-500 μ g）30 ng/ml

Pen Strep(Gibco 15140122) 1 ml

matters needing attention:

This cell is a normal diploid cell and does not have the ability of unlimited proliferation. We suggest that users complete the experiment within 5-8 times after receiving cells.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: Free Program Cooling Cell Cryopreservation Solution (without Serum/protein) (SD0002)
